With over 14 years of experience within architecture and construction, Lloyd has been an integral part of a number of commercial, nationally award-winning architectural assignments. Most recently, Lloyd has utilised his commercial nouse and applied it to the residential sector: founding, running and being the principal architectural designer of InsideOut Architecture and Design: a Northumberland-based architectural practice specialising in designing high quality self-builds, extensions, renovations and developments across the Northeast of England.
Jason Spratt

Jason has 30 plus years of experience in construction using various methods of building techniques. After leaving school, Jason worked for a local construction company in Ponteland as a stonemason then formed his own company J P Spratt Builders in 2001. Based in Northumberland and still active today, J P Spratt has a stellar reputation for delivering quality workmanship on residential assignments; both small developments and individual homes. Jason is also an experienced landlord within the Serviced Accommodation sector. His latest project being a newly renovated 2-bed terraced house located in Blyth, Northumberland which was bought at auction.
John Twedell

Jon Tweddell is a chartered Town Planner with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Studying in Newcastle upon Tyne, Jon has a degree and a diploma in Town Planning. After working various roles within Local Government and private practice Jon launched his business in 2005. After spending numerous years developing relationships in the public and private sectors Jon says, ‘It’s not what you know, it’s who you know’.
Lisa Johnson

Lisa is a Director of Bradley Haynes Law and leads the Property team, comprising both the Residential Conveyancing team and the Commercial Property team. Lisa is an experienced Solicitor and has specialised in Property law since qualification in 2007. She has expertise in all areas of non-contentious property law with particular focus on investment properties and development work. Being very well regarded by her long-standing clients and other local professionals and with her wealth of knowledge and reputation for giving practical legal advice, Lisa has strengthened the reputation of our growing team since joining Bradley Haynes Law in October 2020. Lisa has a keen interest in travel and spending time with her family, combining the two where possible!
Michael Primrose

Michael Primrose is the owner of The Property Finance Collective and The Property Finance Academy. He is a Commercial Finance Broker specialising in Development Finance, Bridging Loans and Commercial Mortgages. Michael has a passion for creative finance and the ability to structure deals for finance. At the age of 24, Michael set up The Property Finance Guy and became the youngest owner of a Commercial Finance Brokerage in the country. Alongside this, he also has a successful training company, educating Investors and Developers on how to raise finance, and a successful Podcast.

With over 13 years of experience, Shaun is an experienced and competent engineer with a proven track record of working with a multi-disciplinary design team. He has been responsible for managing and delivering a number of Civil & Structural design solutions for projects such as: new build housing developments, bespoke dwellings and extensions, industrial units, student accommodation and refurbishments of listed buildings.
